Handle for door.

Relevancy:

To attain an improvement in cleaning properties and decorative properties at the same time as an improvement in sanitary conditions by forming an enameled layer forming antifungal silver ions onto the surface of a handle made of stainless steel for the door of a toilet. An enameled layer containing silver phosphate powder in a kneaded manner is laminated in the whole region of the surface of a handle for the door of a toilet formed of a stainless steel plate and baked, and silver ions having antibacterial action are held in the enameled layer. Since the enameled layer is solid and has excellent durability and is cleaned easily and strong antibacterial action is maintained, sanitary conditions in the periphery of the toilet are improved. A slip is prevented at the same time as an improvement in decorative properties by forming irregular patterns on the surface of the enameled layer, and the effect that flaws are made inconspicuous even at the time of flawing is obtained. Decorative properties are enhanced in addition to antibacterial action by forming a ceramic layer containing silver ions in place of the enameled layer.
