Josephson effect has been studied in YBCO/AU-Ag/Pb junctions prepared on YBCO thin films with various crystal orientations. Fabricated junctions showed well defined DC Josephson current with clear Fraunhofer pattern dependence on applied magnetic field which ensured uniformity of fabricated junction structure. Junction characteristics were analyzed and results explained by model in which thin insulating or highly resistive layer was used as YBCO-Au interface.
