Washing in pure water
Washing by dipping object into heated water with resistivity of 0.5-5.0 ohm.cm.
Washing liquid for post-polishing & polishing-cleaning of semiconductor surfaces
Washing Machine Applies Liquid Carbon Dioxide.
Washing machine designed by a Danish company for small industrial components using liquid carbon dioxide as a cleaning agent, is described. The process takes places at ambient temperature and the pressure is around 60 bar. The washing effect is achieved partly by dissolution and partly by the mechanical effect of the circulating liquid. The advantage of carbon dioxide is that the components are absolutely dry at the end of the cleaning process, and no flammable or otherwise harmful substances are required.
Washing machine provided with silver solution supply device.
A washing machine comprising a tub, a water supply unit for supplying water to the tub and a silver solution supply device for supplying a silver solution to the tub, wherein the silver solution supply device includes a housing provided with an inlet and an outlet, a water feed unit for connecting the inlet of t he housing and the water supply unit of the washing machine, two silver members installed in the housing and ionized by the electrolysis, and a current spee d reduction member positioned between an end of the silver member located at the outlet and the outlet of the housing. The current speed reduction member reduces the current speed of the wash water supplied to the silver solution supply device and changes the current of the wash water, thereby allowing th e silver members to be sufficiently ionized and providing sufficient antibiotic and bactericidal effects.
Washing machine with silver solution generator.
To provide a washing machine with a silver solution generator which can place the silver solution generator on a body without the structural change of a washing machine body, and can make this silver solution generator more compact and can improve the watertight construction of the silver solution generator. A silver solution generator further includes a case which holds a silver plate inside, an opening section which is provided at the upper part of the case so that the silver plate is placed within the case, a lid which supports the upper end of the silver plate and is connected to the case by a fastening member which is fastened on both ends so that the opening section is closed, a supporting section which is provided on the case on the part of the opening section so that the rear marginal part of the lid is supported, and a gasket which is provided between the supporting section and the lid. A leakage prevention rib which is extended on the part of the gasket along the longitudinal direction of the lid is provided between both rear ends of the lid which is connected to the gasket.
Washing method for a vehicle
Vehicle surface is washed with alkaline soln at pH 7-14, mixed with soln of cellulose derivative, and fibre material, and spraying combined soln onto surface.
Washing method which has no need of adding detergent by the user and the washing machine thereof.
Cleaning (of laundry & clothes ?) in drum washer where pH, surface tension, electrical conductivity and hardness are regulated, obviating use of detergents,
Washing mixture for cleaning metal surfaces with decreased foam formation and decreased working temperature
Mixt. contains anionic surfactant 10-15, ethanolamine of C5-C7 synthetic fatty acid fraction, Na salt of C5-6 synthetic fatty acid fraction 5-10, Na salt of H3PO4 5-10, carboxymethyl cellulose 0.1-1.0 wt.%, and water to 1 litre. Anionic surfactant can be Na alkyl sulphate of C10-C15 primary fatty acid fraction.
Washing of rolling-stock. Part II. Washing and cleaning of aluminium parts
Cleaning Al parts of electric traction cars in Rolling Stock Repair Department (ZNTS) is discussed. IMP has developed new technologies and preparations for cleaning, routine maintenance (annual), intermediate repairs (every 3 years - cleaning without disassembly) and main repairs (every 9-12 years - after disassembly) are discussed.
Washing of thin plate-shaped workpieces
Liquid jet nozzle is moved across surface of rotating workpiece, removing dust from surface and washing it.
Washing preparation with temporary corrosion protection properties
Washing preparations for degreasing components
Anticorrosion properties of alkaline and synthetic washing preparations are studied by electrochemical and direct corrosion tests, and quality and adhesion of paint coatings to metal bases degreased with these preparations are investigated. Tests are used as basis for selecting most efficient from large number of industrially available preparations.
Washing semiconductor wafers
Washing solution & its use .
Aqueous cleaning bath for metals with corrosion inhibitor.
Washing solution for cleaning steel components with regeneration of washing waters
Min. concn. of surfactants giving max. solubilizing, wetting, emulsifying, and washing actions are determined, and washing compn. for cleaning steel pipes before galvanizing are indicated.
